We ran a full class thru 103 and despite some varying skill levels, we had a smooth running group by the end of the day. Some of the students found the end of the day qualification course somewhat challenging but we continue to believe that it’s a necessary tool for us to determine that our students are grasping the basic concepts before moving forward.

Rich Verdi is a former Police Sergeant, having retired after nearly 21 years with a municipal police agency in New Jersey. Rich served as a Patrol Officer, Patrol Supervisor, Emergency Services Team Leader and the departments Training Officer / Rangemaster.
